Stage 1 · Rondo and Stud framing

We can install partition walls, non-load bearing walls and suspended ceilings on rondo (both exposed and concealed grid).

Stage 2 · Insulation

We can install a wide range of insulation to your walls, ceilings and between floors to meet your energy assessments. If sound proofing is required we can install an insulation to help here too.

Stage 3 · Gyprock fixing

We generally use 10mm Gyprock linings to walls, 6mm Ceminseal and 10mm Aquachek board to wet areas and Supaceil to ceilings, though of course, the board will be matched to your personalised specifications when provided.

Stage 4 · Flushing and sanding of Gyprock

Once the walls are lined we tape joins and apply an external angle to corners and reveals. This is then base coated and top coated.

Stage 5 · Cornice and other decorative finishes

Cornice in a wide range of profiles can then be applied or you can request to have square flushed ceilings to complete a modern look.
